Compass Rose is a new Shotgun introduced in Destiny 2's Solstice event. Here are its god-roll stats and how you can get it.

Destiny 2's summer event, aka, Solstice of Heroes, continues, giving players more incentives to grind the various activities for resources. The new Candescent Armor can be re-rolled innumerable times for better stats, but there are also two new weapons that players should be looking out for. 

One of those two new Solstice weapons is a Shotgun called Compass Rose. Here's our guide that explains how to get the Compass Rose in Destiny 2 alongside its PvP and PvE god rolls.

How to get Compass Rose shotgun in Destiny 2

The only way to get the Compass Rose shotgun in Destiny 2 is by farming the Solstice of Heroes' Bonfire Bash activity in the EAZ. At the end of every run of Bonfire Bash, players will get two Legendary Engrams that may or may not contain a roll of Compass Rose shotgun. 

Hence, players should expect to grind the Bonfire Bash activity a lot if they want a god roll of this weapon. 

Compass Rose shotgun PvE god roll 

  • Barrel - Full Choke (Tightened barrel. Reduces projectile spread when aiming down sights at the cost of precision damage)
  • Magazine - Assault Magazine (Magazine +1)
  • Perk - Lead from Gold (Picking up Heavy ammo also grants ammo for this weapon)
  • Perk - Incandescent (Defeating a target spreads scorch to those nearby. More powerful combatants and opposing Guardians cause scorch in a larger radius)
  • Origin Trait - Dream Work (Once per reload, assists, or assisted final blows partially refill the weapon from reserves, potentially overflowing the magazine)
  • Masterwork - Reload Speed 
  • Mod - Major Spec (Deals extra damage against powerful enemies)

Compass Rose shotgun PvP god roll

  • Barrel - Full Choke (Tightened barrel. Reduces projectile spread when aiming down sights at the cost of precision damage)
  • Magazine - Accurized Rounds (Range +10)
  • Perk - Quickdraw (This weapon can be drawn unbelievably fast)
  • Perk - Snapshot Sights (Faster time to aim down sights)
  • Origin Trait - Dream Work (Once per reload, assists, or assisted final blows partially refill the weapon from reserves, potentially overflowing the magazine)
  • Masterwork -Range
  • Mod - Quick Access Sling (Increases this weapon's ready and stow speed)
